Take a Pasalo safely
Most players simply want to pass on a slot they cannot use. You are still dealing directly with another person, so use basic precautions.
There is no platform escrow or payment protection, and a listing is not a guarantee that a reservation exists or can be transferred.
- Check who you are dealing with
Review the seller's available profile and whether the details are consistent. New, empty, impersonated, or unusual accounts may warrant extra caution.
- Ask for appropriate proof
Confirm that the seller can show a real reservation without asking them to expose unnecessary booking references or payment details publicly.
- Match every detail
Verify the venue, date, start and end time, court number, original price, and Pasalo price.
- Confirm with the venue
Where practical, ask the venue whether the reservation exists and whether its transfer or name-change rules allow the arrangement.
- Pause when details do not match
Do not send money when the seller, reservation, price, or venue information is inconsistent or cannot reasonably be confirmed.
- Report suspicious activity
Report fake bookings, impersonation, suspicious payment requests, or misleading details so the admin can review them.
Players helping players
Pasalo works because players help players. We are part of the same Cotabato pickleball community—deal fairly and look out for one another.
