1. About the platform
Cotabato Pickleball Courts is an independently developed platform built in Cotabato for the local pickleball community. It is not a government service and, unless a listing expressly says otherwise, is not affiliated with or authorized to represent a listed venue.
2. What we provide
The platform provides a searchable court directory, self-hosted maps, venue information, official contact or booking links, court submissions, Pasalo listings, and reporting tools. Features may change as the platform improves.
3. Court information
Rates, hours, availability, amenities, contacts, booking procedures, and court conditions can change. We take reasonable steps to keep listings useful and show their review status, but cannot guarantee that every detail is always complete, current, or error-free. Confirm important information directly with the venue before visiting or paying.
4. Listed venues and external services
Unless expressly indicated, Cotabato Courts does not own, operate, or represent listed venues, control their policies, or guarantee a booking. Venue names, logos, and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Links may open venue websites, phone services, Facebook or Messenger, Google Forms, Sports360, Reclub, PickleHub, or other third-party services. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, booking rules, payment processes, and refund policies. Linking to a service does not establish a partnership or give us control over it.
5. Pasalo
Pasalo helps players discover an existing court reservation that another player can no longer use and connect directly with the person offering it. Unless a future feature clearly states otherwise, Cotabato Courts does not buy or sell slots, collect or hold payment, provide escrow, perform a transfer, guarantee seller identity, verify booking existence or transferability, guarantee refunds, or become a party to the player-to-player arrangement.
“Booking proof submitted” means only that a seller indicated proof was provided through an available proof feature; it does not mean Cotabato Courts independently verified the booking. The current service does not accept proof uploads. Do not treat a social profile or platform badge as an identity guarantee.
A Pasalo price may not exceed the stated original booking amount. Users must not falsify the original price, asking price, venue, schedule, or transfer details.
Before paying, inspect who you are dealing with, ask for appropriate proof, verify the venue and schedule, and confirm transfer rules with the venue where practical. See the Pasalo Safety guide.
6. Accounts and community conduct
You may sign in with a Cotabato Courts password or a connected Google or Facebook identity. Provider authentication does not make Google or Meta responsible for this service, verify all facts about a user, or make a social profile an identity guarantee. You are responsible for activity through your account and for protecting every connected sign-in method.
Do not post fake reservations, scam, impersonate a person or venue, knowingly submit false information, spam, harass, expose personal information, manipulate reports, attack platform infrastructure, or use the service unlawfully.
We are part of the same Cotabato pickleball community. Deal honestly, respect fellow players, and do not take advantage of one another. Serious or repeated violations may result in content removal, account restriction, or suspension.
7. Your content
You remain responsible for Pasalo details, venue submissions, notes, reports, and other content you provide, including having the rights and authority needed to submit it. You grant Cotabato Courts a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, format, reproduce, display, and distribute that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service. You retain your ownership rights.
Only submit photos or other material you have a right to use. Original platform materials remain protected where applicable. Rights holders may request review or removal through our issue-reporting path.
8. Corrections, reports, and moderation
Venue owners or authorized representatives may request corrections, removal where appropriate, or management updates. We may request reasonable evidence of authority before making significant changes.
Reports do not automatically prove misconduct. We may investigate, restrict, remove, restore, and retain appropriate moderation records. Knowingly false or malicious reporting may itself violate these Terms.
9. Service availability
The platform is actively improving. Bugs, downtime, unavailable features, or incomplete data may occur. If something looks wrong or is not working, please let us know.
10. Responsibility and liability
You remain responsible for evaluating court information, seller identity, reservation authenticity, venue transfer rules, and any payment made outside the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cotabato Courts is not responsible for losses caused by matters outside its reasonable control, including player-to-player dealings, external payments, third-party services, venue decisions, unavailable bookings, or good-faith reliance on stale community-contributed information. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
You are responsible for reasonable losses or claims arising from your fraud, unlawful conduct, intellectual-property infringement, or deliberate violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update features or these Terms. The version and effective date appear above, and we will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practical. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, subject to rights and procedures that applicable law requires.
